AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini will appear in court on November 23 to defends himself against accusations of corruption and the illegal access to tax records.
Maldini's wife, Venezuelan former model Adriana Fossa was also investigated over the fraud but the public prosecutor have called for her acquittal.
